Bloomreach Experience Manager Open Source License

Bloomreach Experience Manager is built out of a big software stack which includes different components. Using and contributing to open source software is a crucial aspect of developing software in BloomReach as one of the biggest open source CMS providers.

The source code for the Bloomreach Experience Manager projects referenced below is made publicly available under the Apache License version 2.0.

The Bloomreach Experience Manager projects may also depend on other third party projects and libraries which may impose additional or different redistribution or general licensing terms than those stated in the Apache License version 2.0.

For each of the Bloomreach Experience Manager projects the specific Source Code licenses and notices can be found in our source code repository at https://code.onehippo.org/cms-community. Users and redistributors of these projects are requested to verify these conditions and agree upon them.

By downloading Bloomreach Experience Manager, you agree to comply with our open source license, as well as the licenses of other components we include in our distribution as listed above.

The code of Bloomreach Experience Manager is licensed under the Apache Software License 2.0. All included libraries are distributed either under the Apache Software License 2.0 or a compatible license, with the exception of the Sencha ExtJS library. The 3.x version of Sencha ExtJS used by Bloomreach Experience Manager is distributed under GPL v3, with an Open Source License Exception for Applications. If you customise or redistribute Bloomreach Experience Manager code that uses ExtJS components, then you must comply to their open source licenses - or buy an appropriate developer license from Sencha.
