Separate Distribution Setup for Enterprise

The description of the basic setup for a separate distribution does not take Enterprise features into account. Follow these steps where necessary for an Enterprise project.

Platform dependency

In the platform module replace the hippo-package-platform-dependencies dependency in the platform/pom.xml with this one:

Lucene Exporter Module

When using this module, add:
