brXM Help Center Overview

The brXM Help Center is an incident-based resource aimed to help you to self-service minor product issues as well as debug some frequently occurring issues in the product before raising a case to Bloomreach Support using the Support Portal.

The Help Center currently features debugging guides to enable you to follow a step-by-step process to understand the problem. Furthermore, you can solve the problem internally with the information at hand or raise a ticket to Bloomreach support with all the debugging details.

Additionally, each article will be supplemented with links to the relevant product documentation pages for detailed information on product features.
